Vedic meditation

The effortless technique that will change your life

ANCIENT WISDOM FOR MODERN LIFE

Vedic Meditation is a simple, effortless, and ancient technique from a 5000 year old knowledge tradition proven to release deep accumulated stress and raise your baseline of stability and happiness. With regular practice, this technique naturally dissolves stress, anxiety, and tension—creating space for greater clarity of thought, creativity, resilience, and a deep sense of inner stability. You may notice improvements in your health, sleep, relationships, and overall sense of contentment.

Unlike practices that involve effort or mental control—like concentration, contemplation, or mindfulness—this technique uses a personalized mantra to effortlessly settle the mind and move beyond thought. In that quiet, restful state, you begin to access an inner well of calm, fulfillment, and joy that carries into every area of life.

This technique was designed for people like us, with full, busy lives. You don’t have to live like a monk to experience deep, lasting benefits. What makes this practice so unique is its simplicity. It requires no effort, concentration, or even a quiet space, and it’s accessible to anyone. Because it’s so natural and easy to do, the results can be truly transformative—and they compound exponentially over time.

ABOUT JESSIE

I began practicing Vedic Meditation in 2018 during a time when I was searching for relief from chronic anxiety, depression, and burnout. Like many people juggling the demands of a nonstop lifestyle, I was looking for something that could help me feel more grounded and at ease in my daily life. What I discovered through this practice was a simple yet powerful technique that not only helped regulate my nervous system, but also laid the foundation for a more stable, energized, and fulfilling way of living.

After four years of intensive study, mentorship, and six years of dedicated self-practice, I completed my teacher training in a 12-week residential immersion in the foothills of the Himalayas in Northern India. My training was led by Thom Knoles—Shri 1008 Mahamandaleshwar Maharishi Vyasanand Giri Maharaj—a world-renowned Master of Vedic Knowledge and direct protégé of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. This training involved over 2,500 hours of immersive instruction, including hundreds of hours of advanced meditation practice, all within the framework of the 5,000-year-old Shankaracharya tradition.

What I teach is a non-religious, time-tested technique designed not for monks or renunciates, but for people living full lives in the modern world. Vedic Meditation is meant for those of us with jobs, families, creative passions, and busy schedules—and for anyone feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking a deeper sense of peace and fulfillment.

The beauty of this technique lies in its simplicity and effectiveness. Practiced for just 20 minutes twice a day, Vedic Meditation gives the body deep rest, helping to dissolve accumulated stress and rebalance the nervous system. No need for special postures, silence, or ideal conditions—if you can think a thought, you can meditate. Over time, meditators experience greater adaptability, creativity, and resilience—along with better sleep, improved mood, stronger relationships, and more energy and focus throughout the day.

I offer lifelong support to my students through one-on-one mentoring, free weekly group meditations, knowledge sessions, workshops, and retreats. I teach regularly in Boulder and Denver, Colorado, and am available to travel for private individual or group courses.

If you’re curious about learning, I’d love to connect for a free intro talk and answer any questions you have. This practice is simple, powerful, and truly life-changing—and it’s available to everyone.

How to Learn

The Learn to Meditate Course is taught in person over four consecutive days—60 minutes on the first day and 90 minutes each on the next three. your Contribution

As is tradition in the Vedic lineage, I offer this course for a one-time contribution known as Guru Dakshina—an offering made in exchange for receiving this profound knowledge. This course fee includes full tuition, two private follow-up sessions with me, lifetime support via email and text, and ongoing access to regular online group meditations. You’ll also receive exclusive guidance and knowledge shared by email, just for meditators.

To honor both the purity of the tradition and make the course accessible, the contribution is offered on a sliding scale based on income. You’re invited to place yourself wherever you feel is appropriate—lower for those in vulnerable financial situations, and higher for those with greater means. This model ensures that the course remains open to everyone while allowing for an equitable exchange that sustains the tradition.

Subsidized rates are available for students, teachers, nurses, first responders, veterans, and individuals on disability. Payment plans and private teaching options are also available—just reach out, and we’ll find a way that works for you.
