How to Learn
I teach Vedic Meditation in person over four consecutive days, with a 60-minute session on the first day and 90-minute sessions on the following three days. The first step is to attend a free introductory talk or book a consultation, which is a prerequisite for the Learn to Meditate Course. In this 30-minute session, I’ll walk you through how the technique works, the benefits of meditation, and what to expect from the course. It’s also a chance to ask any questions you may have. After attending an intro talk, you’ll have the option to sign up for the Learn to Meditate Course. I do my best to schedule courses in a way that fits into my students’ schedules. While I am based in Colorado, I’m also available to traveling if there’s interest. If you’d like to learn more or have any questions, feel free to reach out!

ABOUT JESSIE
My journey with Vedic Meditation began in 2018 as a way to heal from years of burnout, anxiety, and depression while juggling two jobs and building my hairdressing business. The immediate relief, increased energy, stability, and happiness I experienced inspired me to dive deeper into the Vedic teachings. In 2020, I began the process of becoming a teacher.
After four years of extensive preparatory study, mentorship, and self-practice, my training culminated in an advanced and rigorous 12-week immersion in the Himalayas of Northern India. I studied under Thom Knoles, a globally recognized Master of Vedic Knowledge with 55 years of experience, who was personally trained by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi for over 27 years.
During this intensive training, I was immersed in the rich tradition of Vedic wisdom, practicing an industrial-strength meditation technique called "rounding" for hundreds of hours and studying teachings passed down through an unbroken lineage spanning over 5,000 years. This experience deepened my understanding through direct experience and solidified my life’s mission: to make this profound technique accessible to communities facing the stresses of modern life and to those seeking a life of depth, fulfillment, and authentic self-expression—free from the weight of accumulated stress.
I offer lifelong support to my students through personalized mentoring, group meditations, and weekly knowledge sessions. I also host monthly workshops and annual retreats, sharing this technique both locally and across the country.
